📦 Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


To qualify, items must be:

 

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received them

  • In their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included

 


Returns that don’t meet these requirements may not be accepted.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

 

  • Products marked as “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

 


🔄 How to Start a Return

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email confirmation.

 

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If your return is declined, we’ll notify you with the reason.

 


🔁 Exchanges

At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.


🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.


We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt for reference.


⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

 

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

  • We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required in most cases.
