You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, followed by a tracking email once it ships.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time.

Velora is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier that are lost or stolen. Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and secure.
